1. App Purpose
Stiki is a desktop sticky notes app for creating local notes, checklists, reminders, and visual note companions on your device.
2. Local Data
Stiki stores notes and settings locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up any important information you save in the app.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Stiki for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes. You also agree not to modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the app unless allowed by applicable law or by written permission from the developer.
4. No Warranty
Stiki is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The developer does not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for lost notes, lost data, device issues, business losses, or other damages that may result from using or being unable to use Stiki.

Stiki may receive updates that add, change, or remove features. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the updated version.
